
Meet Fairview PBS's Director and Behaviour Support Practitioner, Maggie. Maggie holds a Diploma in Health Science, a Bachelor of Psychology, and is currently completing a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis. With nearly a decade of experience providing therapeutic support, Maggie has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with diverse needs. Combining professional and lived experience, Maggie is passionate about delivering person-centred behaviour support that creates meaningful outcomes

Martin is Fairview PBS's Operations and Compliance Manager and a Behaviour Support Practitioner. He brings more than a decade of experience in disability case management and holds a postgraduate degree in Health Policy. Martin believes that the best outcomes come from realistic, person-centred strategies that can be successfully implemented in everyday life. Alongside his professional experience, Martin brings valuable lived experience as the father of a child with ADHD and ASD.

With over 18 years of experience in education, including 15 years in special education, and four years operating an NDIS business providing respite and equine-assisted learning, Bec brings extensive knowledge of disability and behaviour support. She holds a teaching degree, Cert IV in Training and Assessment, a Diploma of Counselling, and is completing a Master of Education (Guidance and Counselling). Her interests include trauma, forensic disability, and functional communication.

Nik is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background spanning over a decade in education and disability services. She holds Queensland College of Teachers registration and worked as an inclusion teacher in Queensland state schools and at Autism Queensland from 2012 to 2023, before transitioning into PBS practice. Nik brings a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed approach to her clinical work, with experience across paediatric, adult disability, and aged care contexts.
Jarred is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background spanning disability support, education, psychotherapy, and the creative industries. Alongside his PBS practice, he is completing a Master of Gestalt Therapy and has undertaken extensive training and supervision in Positive Behaviour Support.
Jarred has experience supporting people with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, ADHD, psychosocial disability, acquired brain injury, and complex behavioural presentations

Tanya Rountree is a Behaviour Support Practitioner, specialising in complex and high-risk presentations across the NDIS. With extensive experience in psychosocial disability, functional neurological disorders, trauma, and crisis situations, Tanya is known for delivering
practical, person-centred behaviour support that prioritises safety, dignity, and long-term stability.
