Understanding behaviour. Improving lives

At Fairview PBS, we believe that quality behaviour support starts with supported practitioners. Behaviour support is a constantly evolving field, and we are committed to ensuring our team remains informed, confident, and equipped to provide the highest standard of evidence-based support.
All Fairview PBS practitioners participate in regular professional development sessions held twice each month. These sessions provide opportunities to explore current research, discuss complex cases, share best practice, and strengthen clinical skills within a supportive team environment.
We foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and reflective practice, ensuring our practitioners are never working in isolation. By prioritising our team's professional development, we can provide participants, families, and support networks with behaviour support that is informed, ethical, and responsive to individual needs.
We also understand that finding the right practitioner is important. Wherever possible, we offer complimentary Meet & Greets, giving participants, families, and support networks the opportunity to get to know their practitioner, discuss their goals, and ensure the relationship feels like the right fit before commencing services. If you would like to arrange a Meet & Greet, simply select the "Meet & Greet" option found on the "Make a Referral" page.
